Ah, but I have heard (purely rumor) that in the director's commentary version of "The Devil Wears Prada" there is comment made (or comments) to Meryl about the manner in which Miranda should look at Andrea. As in that there should be desire or something along those lines...Again, I must state, this is purely rumor, which I am unable to verify (at least currently).
